Netflix is bringing a new movie starring Kevin Hart to the small screen later this week.
The Netflix film is set to tell an action-packed yet funny story about a group of expert thieves pulling of a heist in their most daring location yet – on a plane thousands of feet in the air. With Kevin Hart at the helm as the criminal crew leader, humor is promised to ensue, along with some old-fashioned thrills.
After a five-month delay that pushed the original summer 2023 release date back, the comedy adventure comes out this weekend. Here's what to know if you interested in giving it a watch.
What is 'Lift' about?
According to Netflix, "Lift" is an action comedy that follows the story of an international heist crew led by Cyrus Whitaker (Kevin Hart) who races to lift $500 million in gold from a passenger plane at 40,000 feet in order to prevent a terrorist attack.
The movies runs about 1 hour and 44 minutes and has a PG-13 rating.
